While the location was stellar, just a brief walk from major attractions like the Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace, the room and amenities left a lot to be desired. The noise from the tram and nearby construction was relentless, and I found the overall cleanliness and comfort lacking. Yet, I appreciated the warm interactions with the staff, which somewhat made up for the hotel's shortcomings. 🌆😔
